These coffee beans are unroasted, for those who like to experiment and are determined to roast themselves!
The aroma and taste are revealed precisely during the roasting process, which is one of the most important steps of the whole coffee path. Therefore, everything depends on you!
Potential: aroma – chocolate and flowers, taste – citrus and peaches, aftertaste – sweet caramel.
Located in the impressive Grama Valley of Brazil (at the height of 1000 – 1540 m), Fazenda Rainha’s coffee plantations cover 280 ha. Even 200 ha of the area are dedicated to yellow bourbon coffee plants that are known for their exceptional coffee quality. The right height, fertile soil and favourable climate ensures the perfect growth for specialty coffee beans. The coffee brewed on this farm participates in the Brazilian Cup of Excellence finals (the Oscars for coffee world) for several consecutive years, and in 2011 was chosen to be the winner.
Due to the exceptional quality and taste, this coffee is marked as Specialty. According to the SCAA it scores 85 out of 100.
