Bolivia – a country of mountains and rainforests, distinguished by surprising biodiversity. There are 8000 small coffee producers living in the Yungas region, where the Andean mountains and the Amazon River connect. Here, in very rich land, grows high quality, fruity coffee.
The aroma is fresh, flowery, with a hint of fruity sourness. In the taste there’s light apple-like sourness.
